Project Brief

InsightHub is a B2B SaaS platform for marketing automation and customer engagement, used by marketers and product managers to create campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., email, SMS, app push). One such campaign is a “User Feedback Campaign.”

Prashant has recently joined as a product manager at QuickEats, a food ordering app like Swiggy, and wants to gather user feedback on the food ordering experience. QuickEats has InsightHub integrated. Prashant is logging in for the first time to set up a feedback campaign to collect feedback from users after they place an order.

Defining Problem

Design the user experience for Prashant to create a feedback campaign within InsightHub, which will be shown to QuickEats users. Feel free to make reasonable assumptions on the workflow and assume that the feedback collected inside QuickEats app will be accessible within InsightHub for further analysis. Showcase where you’d plug Al into the workflow. For e.g., auto-drafting questions, predicting best send-time, clustering feedback, surfacing insights… and explain how and why each Al assist adds value.
